Exploring and Realizing Selflessness

Buddhism states that the self is not a real entity. That it is just a creation of thought. All our personal suffering revolves around this idea. In Buddhism, suffering is caused by delusion, which is untrue and unnecessarily negative thinking. Identifying with an idea of self that is untrue is the greatest source of our suffering. Today, we will take a close look at traditional ways of exploring the idea of self and seeing through it. Many people have had major awakenings in their lives by using these methods to explore themselves. Although we cannot promise awakening during this retreat, you will have the tools available to further explore yourselves in the future. In-person and on Zoom facilitated. Suggested $30 donation.
