ABOUT THE EVENT
His bio: Bhante Upananda travels internationally to teach mindfulness and provide spiritual counseling. A fully ordained Buddhist monk for 37 years, he holds a PhD in American mindfulness studies from the University of Peradeniya in Sri Lanka, an MA in comparative religion from Florida International University at Miami, and an M.Phil. in South Asian religions from the University of Cambridge in England.
