Meditation with Jim Piekarski all but the last Sunday. Each session includes guided meditation, a talk, or a discussion. The basic teachings of Buddhism make our lives more workable and give us an enlightened perspective. Meditation and a time to explore teachings lead to peace, happiness, and joy in our life—a drop-in class.
