ABOUT THE EVENT
Tergar Groups are based on teachings of Buddhist teacher, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. Join us each week for 20 minutes of guided meditation followed by a book discussion or deepening meditation sessions. Our current book selection is by Daniel Goleman and Tsoknyi Rinpoche.
