ABOUT THE EVENT
Tergar Groups are based on The Joy of Living teachings of Buddhist teacher, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. Join us each week for 20 minutes of guided meditation followed by a book discussion or deepening meditation sessions. Our current book selection is Why We Meditate: The Science and Practice of Clarity and Compassion by Daniel Goleman and Tsoknyi Rinpoche.
