ABOUT THE EVENT
Join us for a weekly program of study and practice that will include books, videos, and group discussions from our new book selection, Why We Meditate: The Science and Practice of Clarity and Compassion, by Daniel Goleman and Tsoknyi Rinpoche. A meditation-focused session from the Tergar curriculum will be offered bi-monthly. You may join in person or online via Zoom.
